Perks Coffee & Tea is currently hiring part-time baristas for various hours between 5:30am - 6:30pm Monday through Friday, and 6:30am and 5:30pm Saturdays. Perks is closed on Sundays.

Job duties

• Making and serving coffees, teas, smoothies, and food

• Providing awesome customer service to our loyal patrons

• General cleaning and maintenance of the shop

 

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• No previous experience required! We'll teach you everything you need to know

 

Compensation

• Starting wage for baristas is $10.85 per hour + tips (after training)

 

Perks Coffee & Tea opened on Washington Avenue in Fergus Falls in 2017, a second location followed on Fir Avenue. A Third location opened in Battle Lake in 2022.
